Winning the lottery is overrated.

How many times have the Cavs, Magic, and Clippers won the lottery and how many championships do they have between them?

Yup. In 28 years of Draft lotteries, only the Spurs can say they eventually won a championship, 2 years after landing Tim Duncan in '97.
