It is recent news to me that she did. I was opposed to her buying that apartment after she sold her downtown flat. Thankfully she got rid of it before the Covid lockdown. Purchase price in 2/16 was 1.2 million rmb and selling price was 1.54 million rmb. Good for her on making some profit.

You could be right about that now, Wiseguy. We went through the process from 2015-16 and it proved to be lengthy and burdensome at the time.
