Has your job/company mandated you to get vaccinated or get fired?

I was sitting in a cafe waiting for my food and this obnoxious guy sits down alone at the table next to me drunk. I hate folks that start to try and have a conversation with you when you're clearly busy or focused on something else. I tried being cordial and eventually he got the hint and was like "you want me to shut the fuck up ok! I'll shut the fuck up" except he got on the phone and started talking to I guess his work colleague or something. As I couldn't help but over hear the conversation since the guy was shouting into his phone he tells his caller that his company is sending out an email ultimatum in the morning to all employees to get vaccinated or they're fired.

Anyone here unvaxxed getting pressured to get the vaccine or lose your job? I'm just wondering how common this type of behavior is amongst corporations and companies. Sucks to lose your job over a voluntary shot that is minimally effective.

No. Many companies would collapse if they tried it and are smart enough to realize that. Having 30, 20, even 10 percent of the people who really make this country function just walk away from their jobs would destroy the economy and the country.

Thankfully I have skills, education, and experience that aren't easily replaced. If someone ever does try to make me do something I don't want to do, I'll just go somewhere else or work for myself.

I'd imagine this will become less of an issue as more and more of the "fully vaccinated" get sick and people realize that the leaky vaccines are what is causing the variants and the "pandemic."

In the future, untainted pure-bloods like myself will be in even higher demand.

We have about 35 employees here.....many of which are unvaccinated.

There is not, nor will there ever be, a mandate coming down from management requiring a COVID vax.

Heavy consideration but I've already heard multiple times from the rank and file that if we do mandate it, they'll leave.

The reality is, most corporations LOVE the mandate.
They want things back to as normal as possible, as soon as possible.
