I love it all though except moldy cheeses. If you're in the imported cheese game, Lancashire cheese or Wensleydale cheese from England (where my grandma is from) would make you fall in love. stinky and delicious. I only found it at Miles Farmers Market near Solon, Oh. My grandma put me on that stuff and it's crumbly and the best.

See..nope...wont touch gorgonzola pizza, or blue cheese anything. It crept in my head when I was young that the blue stuff was mold and never got around that. It's disgusting to me. I love STINKY, but not moldy.

This is what I just made. I actually got this recipe from my old Elementary School lunch lady. I used to date her daughter. All you do is melt salted butter and dip the bread in the butter on one side and then put some Am. cheese on there and bake it in the oven. That's all you got to do for that authentic Elementary School grilled cheese sandwich taste

ALL cheese if Fing delicious.
Real cheese, not that processed crap you have on bread.
Blue cheeses are amazing, as are the white mold cheeses like Brie. I like some sheep milk cheese too.
Get you some St. Andre.

I do a cheese plate for Thanksgiving and Xmas. Generally 7 types.

Nothing like sharp cheddar IMO, good choice
