Orlando is clearly a cut rate city which is why they get shit, cut rate teams from second tier sports leagues.

Birmingham, Memphis, Orlando, Salt Lake, San Antonio, San Diego...so this league is pretty much targeting all the inconsequential second and third-tier markets the NFL didn't want.
