We've talked about moving. Not so much for the financial windfall of the real estate increase, but to get out of the area. It's just insane how much growth is happening here and the traffic and crime of course just keep getting worse. Oh, and taxes are horrible.

That was after renting a side-by-side duplex... and the other side become over-run with RATS.

Yes... kind of. I would have much rather turned the position down than not being selected but I'm glad I'm still in Utah. Since that has happened, I've been able to do quite a bit of stuff. My sister and her family have now moved here and my parents will be here before the end of the year. I'd be super house poor living in Washington and also having to ride a train an hour everyday on my way to work.
