Well I hope Argentina has a chance in the third game, because just maybe we'll see the Messi that dragged his scrub teammates to the World Cup during the qualifiers. He could do it against Nigeria. Otherwise, Messi will be announcing his second retirement from the national team maybe before the game.

South American teams historically underperform in World Cups on European soil. They did pretty well as a whole four years ago.

3-0 Croatia. Wow.

Costa Rica went full CONCACAF on Brazil. All the physical play clearly rattled them. Opponents will continue to bully Neymar the rest of the tournament.

Serbia pours one in early vs the Suisse.

Decent, open pace to Serbia-Switzerland so far. Both teams know they need to go for 3 points, with Brazil likely locking up the other group stage spot.

Xhaka, Shaqiri and a few other Swiss players were either born in Kosovo or have family ties there, so facing Serbia is definitely personal for them. Now imagine if Serbia and Croatia meet in the knockout stage.

Serbia beaten by the refugees who fled from them. Take that, Milosevic.

Korea vs the Illegals coming up soon! There's no way we beat Mexico though, it'll be a slaughter.

Dangerously close to 5-1 Belgium. Still pretty early but they’re the only favorite that has looked convincing. Might be against weaker opponents, but other elite teams have struggled against teams of this caliber.

It’s gonna be war in LA between Mexicans and Koreans in the city. :pop2:

While SoCal may have the highest concentration of koreans in the US, they're outnumbered by La Raza easily 500 to 1.

LETS GO!!!!!!

Lozano threw his body at the ball to stop that shot. Would have been 1-0 Korea. Mexico winning possession but Korea getting some good looks on these counters.
