Forwards to soak, backwards to wash, and then forwards again to rinse. Do you change the shower head setting to a hard stream pressure to wash your ass. I do.

Start facing the shower head. Rotate for appropriate washings and rinsings.

Pro Tip: For extra strength relaxation, after cleansing your body, take a seat in the shower and let the warm water run over your body as you chill/let your mind go/meditate.

I grew up with one but since moving out I haven't used a detachable since. I find as long as I have adequate water pressure there is no need.

Protip - Many shower heads nowadays come with a mechanism in the shower head to reduce water pressure for water saving purposes. Pop that shit off and have the pressure flow
