Kobe has 4 legit titles with no bs. And 2 alpha hakeem 94 type rings. Plus the one he was obvious 2nd best but saved the season twice in the wcf and nba finals. Giving him 5 that hes worthy of

Lebron on the other hand has none that dont involve a giant asterisk..

So he can score all the points he wants.. itel never fix whats broken about his resume

In fairness, LeEasyWayOut deserves props for beating the Warriors last year... that one Championship trumps any one of Kobe's 5; plus let's also not forget 3 of Kobe's rings are of the second-fiddle variety.

On the other hand no player in NBA history (save for Magic and Russell) has had more free-rides to the Finals than James, while Kobe's road to the big dance was always much, much tougher.

At the end of the day, however, none of this matters because neither guy can hold the GOAT Michael Jordan's jock strap.

:pimp:
"Today's NBA is soft, the Defense is weak, and the rules 'really' favor the Offense."

"Lebron doesn’t guard for a full game and our game plan was to get him to play defense and he left me open all game."

brady is kobe

peyton is lebron

one side is all about regular season stat padding and will end up owning every record. but at the same time it comes with a shit playoff resume filled with mostly choking and being carried to titles by stacked teams

the other 2 are legends that win more often than they lose on the biggest stage. racked up a ton of rings without ever being bailed out or ring chasing somewhere else

I like that griff is comparing Kobe to Brady. Seems appropriate

you're forgetting that all of lebrons rings are worthless due to ring chasing, bail outs, lockouts, multiple prime hall of fame teammates ... oh yeah and suspensions to other teams finals MVP canadidates

if all 3 of lebrons rings were like kobes from 2009 and 2010. then he'd have an argument

kobes 2001 playoff run is also above any of lebrons bullshit

Can't be disputed. Leead team in every postseason in points, rebounds, assists for all 3 rings.

The only ring that LeBron actually somewhat earned was last seasons, and even then it took one of the biggest chokejobs of all time coupled with Draymond's suspension which shouldn't have happened, and there's the fact that the competition in the East was a joke. LeBron needs to much help from the league to be taken seriously. All of his rings are a joke.

The timeline is completely cherry picked.....

James 2016 Finals, against a 73 win team and coming back a 3-1 deficit, completely shits on anything Kobe ever did. LeBron had more 40pt games in the Finals in 3 days than Kobe did in 20yrs. He did it all in his 6th straight Finals appearance and with a rookie coach. He's still playin' while your boy's crying at home about another broken record of his by James. The record James won't catch of Kobe's is "most FGA missed all-time"

You aint got shit, brah.

Yes its cherry picked. Based on when the games were in the balance...

Thats the whole point

Its not picked to favor either guy. Its picked to favor whoever scored during the important moments when the pressure was at its highest

Lebron padded his stats when the games were already decided
