...and he's right, just like TDK has been telling you for years.

LeBron is a little bigger version of Scottie Pippen; the only difference is Pip was a much better Defender, while James scores more because the era he plays in caters to / coddles perimeter players / wings (unlike Pip's era, where it was much harder for perimeter / wing guys to score).

Pippen would be an okay player in today's NBA.

The gap between Lebron and Pippen in scoring ability is several times greater than the gap between them on defense.

It's a big, big jump from 20ppg (usually as the second guy) to 28+ ppg on great percentages as the first guy.

Pippen was only pulling in $5 million annually on those Bulls teams compared to Jordan's $32 million. Salaries were different back then compared to now.
