All diets work. You just have to find the one that's easiest for you to stick to until you lose the weight. Carnivore works well for me because I feel full from all of the protein. But it does make me have to take some highly violent and urgent shits.

First 3 games today were just horrible. All blow outs. Home teams are 7-0. Only 2 games were even somewhat competitive. I don't have cable. So I'll check and see the game is on ESPN or TNT and see I can't watch it. Then come to find out the game was also on MAX and I could have watched it. If it's not football then I'm not willing to put in much of an effort to find the game.
