I happen to hear Jim Rome was ripping on the NFL expanding the playoffs saying it is all about getting Jerry Jones and Dallas into the playoffs since they can't do it on their own. The easiest way to fix it is to give every non playoff team 1 lottery ball each. No more weighted lottery balls. That way there is no extra incentive to lose.
