Re: This board doesn't not seem as busy Angersports was.

People like familiarity though. That's why so many movies are sequels or remakes. People flock to things they know and usually take awhile to warm up to something new. Sure, people like familiarity, but if the aim is to bring new members (sometimes with no affiliation to any board whatsoever before...

Re: This board doesn't not seem as busy Angersports was.

I agree with that as well. There are a handful of thread starters that people get involved with just because. Some of these are recycling the same boring shit ad-nauseam, but the username that posted it peaks interest. The problem also lies in board allegiances. If you aren't part of the "in&q...

Re: This board doesn't not seem as busy Angersports was.

The problem is 10 or so posters are carrying the load and providing the content by which the lurkers feed off of. If they would stop lurking and participate, then the community would get larger. I actually agree with you. I agree with that as well. There are a handful of thread starters that people...

Either way, yeah, seems a little slower.

Yeah, I forgot to add an "as". Sorry. Please, judge me solely on that.
Even with that 'as', are you saying it is less or more busy?

Consider re-wording that thread title to where it reflects what you were actually trying to say.

Yep, having two Gators alone makes them ok in my book. Points taken away for 2 DOOKIES on the roster.

Someone on here has recent experience with that. Wonder if he'll share his thoughts.

Penny's 95-96 start to the season without Shaq had the Magic at 17-5. His stats during that stretch were 27.4ppg on 22spg at 51%, 5.8rpg, 5ast, 2stl. Not bad.

Re: Im taking my girl traveling in March. Where should we go

Shanghai is a great city. Lots of museums, shopping, dining and entertainment options here. It is not old by any stretch, so don't expect to be seeing much history in terms of 'ruins' and the like. You could easily take day trips out to Suzhou and Hangzhou to see more old China type stuff. You might...

Not coincidence, seeing as how there will be a lot of dormant Bulls fans frothing at the mouth to get more involved.

It's sad watching anyone play in a Cavs uniform. To think that you were good enough to play in the league and you were dealt with living in that place has to be disheartening.

Re: If you had to...which Mexican state would you live in?

Mexico City has more people living there than New York City. Think about that....MORE than NYC. That is true, but the population density is almost half that of NYC in MC. Mexico City is also what they call a primate city, as in it dwarfs the development of everywhere around it. IOW, the rest of Mex...
