I started up Netflix again.
Someone recommended me a miniseries called "The Family".
It was pretty hit or miss but still very engaging and interesting IMO.
I also recently watched Designated Survivor, which started off great but went downhill after Season 1 with quickness.

John doesn't really capture his Iranian/Muslim heritage.
I would vote for something like Akbar Ali or something similar.

She actually looks a lot like that chick, oddly enough. Average for her age, but certainly more attractive than pretty much all wimminz my father's age (in absolute terms). Before I finally closed my Facebook (and before we met each other), she actually messaged me on Facebook and sent me some fairl...

No. I don't make out with dudes and I don't participate in "team-building exercises". Do you participate in diversity seminars and the like? I had one about a month ago, and I discovered that not all Black people are alike (for example, some Black people don't even like fried chicken and ...

Re: Hubble: First Water Detected on Planet in the Habitable Zone
You're moving the goal posts now. Nobody is trying to justify anything. I personally think space exploration is an important aspect of furthering our technology and potentially furthering our resources. So I'm fine with money being dumped into the space program. But to say that more money wouldn't ...

I want to hire someone with quantitative/programming/analytical skills who also can carry a conversation, and would be paying total comp between $200-275K. Can I afford you and are you interested? **Liberals only** I have no interest in working in the financial sector, talking to coworkers at lengt...

Re: Hubble: First Water Detected on Planet in the Habitable Zone
It's probably not exactly linear....but it also isn't being made a priority by making it less than half a percent of our budget. Less money = less effort towards whatever the cause is. That doesn't really anything to do with the relationship between money spent and advancement. You can still correl...

Not even 13 percent, but a chunk of that 13 percent (younger Black men).
Edit: I'm not sure if it's literally 50 percent but whatever...same idea.

Re: Hubble: First Water Detected on Planet in the Habitable Zone
It was a meal in Cinderella's Castle...I was trying not to look like a slob that day. Why do you assume that the relationship between monies and space advancement is linear? Maybe we simply knocked off the easy work but the hard work is prohibitively difficult. We could spend the entire federal bud...

Grizz is the only one who could afford me, while having me do work that roughly correlates with my pay.

Democrats upset at not being able to artificially pad the blue tribe through immigration completely at will.
Anyway, it's a small step in the right direction, and something that should be complete common sense.

It sounds like you're trying everything to pin this on your dad's slutty girlfriend, but deep down you know it's probably him. No, I'm suggesting that the drugs are extremely likely to be hers because she has been arrested and imprisoned multiple times for drugs, is irresponsible and neurotic in th...

Yeah. It's just extremely disappointing. My father definitely has a self-destructive streak that he doesn't need to tempt. I feel slightly guilty because I haven't called him in maybe three weeks or so. I'll call him this weekend though. His girlfriend is such a fucking waste of life too. She's basi...

What is “acting strange”, though? Being very out-of-contact and non-responsive mostly (which is strange, since he lives very close to my sister and would religiously take her and her children out for dinner every week and talk on the phone every other day or so). Turning inwardly with emotional pai...
